Point of Light Publishing was inspired by our flagship author, Debra Baker, whose profound story of triumph over religious indoctrination lit the way for countless others seeking truth and personal sovereignty.

Among the voices Debra found strength in was Ella Baker (no relation), a fierce advocate in the American civil rights movement. Ella’s philosophy, centered on empowering everyday people—especially young and marginalized voices—to speak for themselves, dwells in every corner of our vision.

Our mission is to amplify uplifting stories that inspire personal growth, social awareness, and creative freedom—because every voice matters, and every story has the power to spark change.

Point of Light Publishing LLC is a service-disabled veteran, and woman-owned independent press. We’re proudly inclusive, fostering a culture and body of work rooted in dignity, purpose, and respect.
